1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by STEP TO BEGIN SARL, based in TODO — adresse complète, Tanger, Maroc. For anything related to your personal data, write to support@steptobegin.com and a human answers — usually Hamza.

2. What data is collected

Two categories, and nothing else:

  • Data you send us — your name, email, phone number, company and the details you type into the contact form, the Project Builder or the chat widget. You choose to send it; nothing is taken silently.
  • Technical data — anonymous statistics about pages visited, approximate country, device type and referring source. This is used to understand which pages are useful, never to identify you individually.

3. Why it is collected

To reply to you, to prepare a quote, to run a project we agreed on, and to invoice it. Statistics are used to improve the site. That is the entire list.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask to receive them.

4. The Project Builder

The Project Builder runs entirely in your browser. Your answers stay on your device and are not sent anywhere until you press the button that sends the brief to us. If you close the page without sending it, nothing reaches us.

5. The chat widget

The chat assistant answers from a set of predefined replies. When it is connected to an external AI provider, that provider processes the text of your message in order to generate an answer. Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details through the chat.

6. Who else sees it

Only the service providers required to run the site and reply to you:

  • Hosting — TODO — nom exact de l'hébergeur
  • Email delivery — the provider used to send and receive messages from the forms
  • Analytics — anonymous audience statistics
  • Nobody else. Your data is never sold, rented or exchanged.

7. How long it is kept

Messages that do not become a project: up to 12 months, then deleted. Project and client records: kept as long as legally required for accounting. Anonymous statistics: kept in aggregate.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@steptobegin.com and we reply within 30 days. In Morocco, you may also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) if you believe your rights are not respected.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and access to the systems holding your messages is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfect — if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you directly rather than hope you do not notice.

10. Changes

This policy can change if the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Last updated 30 July 2026.
